To plat\u00ed i pro leto\u0161n\u00ed rok. <em>\u201eMezi nejl\u00e9pe ohodnocen\u00e9 IT pracovn\u00edky budou letos pat\u0159it specialist\u00e9 na kybernetickou bezpe\u010dnost \u010di datovou anal\u00fdzu. Firmy odborn\u00edk\u016f na digitalizaci a IT bezpe\u010dnost hledaj\u00ed st\u00e1le v\u00edce, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje jejich hodnotu, vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat budou letos pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b kolem 120 tis\u00edc korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b,\u201c <\/em>uvedla Olga Hyklov\u00e1. To potvrzuje i <strong>Denisa Janatov\u00e1<\/strong>, \u0159editelka spole\u010dnosti smitio, a dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee u seniorn\u00edch pozic nejsou v\u00fdjimkou ani mzdy vysoko nad 120tis\u00edcov\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem. <em>\u201eZ\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli v&nbsp;odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed IT specialist\u016f hraje praxe. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b u vysoce specializovan\u00fdch nebo mana\u017eersk\u00fdch pozic se mzda v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch firm\u00e1ch, pohybuje kolem dvou set tis\u00edc korun. Tito profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9 si ve st\u0159edn\u00edch a velk\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch p\u0159ijdou na zhruba 90 a\u017e 120 tis\u00edc korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Krom\u011b toho vid\u00edme st\u00e1le rostouc\u00ed popt\u00e1vku po specialistech v oblasti obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie, kde se mzdy zku\u0161en\u00fdch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f pohybuj\u00ed kolem 80 a\u017e 110 tis\u00edc korun. Ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edch firm\u00e1ch se pak mzdy technick\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f a specialist\u016f na procesn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pohybuj\u00ed v rozmez\u00ed 100 a\u017e 150 tis\u00edc,\u201c <\/em>sd\u011blil <strong>Roman Vejra\u017eka<\/strong>, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel headhuntersk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti Theones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 mzda bude v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce 46 557 korun. Podle dostupn\u00fdch statistik na ni ale zhruba dv\u011b t\u0159etiny v\u0161ech pracovn\u00edk\u016f nedos\u00e1hnou. Mzda n\u011bkter\u00fdch z&nbsp;nich p\u0159es\u00e1hne tu minim\u00e1ln\u00ed jen o n\u011bkolik m\u00e1lo tis\u00edc.
