M\u00e1 tak\u00e9 velk\u00fd vliv na zm\u011bny v kvalit\u011b hlasu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak z\u00edskat rovnov\u00e1hu a jak posilovat pl\u00edce?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to velmi jednoduch\u00e9, bu\u010fme spojeni s p\u0159\u00edrodou, bedliv\u011b ji pozorujme, napodobujme a na\u0161e pl\u00edce budou siln\u00e9. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je chodit sp\u00e1t \u010dasn\u011bji, vst\u00e1vat brzy r\u00e1no, nejl\u00e9pe s v\u00fdchodem slunce, abychom si zajistili du\u0161evn\u00ed klid. Tak jako se stromy uchyluj\u00ed do sv\u00e9ho nitra, i my shroma\u017e\u010fujme du\u0161evn\u00ed i fyzickou energie na zimn\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edce, obracejme svou pozornost k n\u00e1m samotn\u00fdm, nikoliv na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sv\u011bt. Pob\u00fdvejme hodn\u011b \u010dasu na \u010derstv\u00e9m vzduchu, nau\u010dme se spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 techniky d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fdmi zajist\u00edme pro t\u011blo dostatek kysl\u00edku. Nejlep\u0161\u00edm l\u00e9kem pro pl\u00edce i tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo je pohyb. Vyh\u00fdbejme se zakou\u0159en\u00e9mu prost\u0159ed\u00ed, \u010dast\u00fdm no\u010dn\u00edm aktivit\u00e1m. Sucho jim \u0161kod\u00ed. Vhodnou potravinou je celozrnn\u00e1 r\u00fd\u017ee, je\u017e z\u00e1sobuje org\u00e1ny \u010dchi a chr\u00e1n\u00ed je p\u0159ed vysou\u0161en\u00edm. Tyto potraviny posiluj\u00ed pl\u00edce a zvy\u0161uj\u00ed imunitu. Chceme-li se vyhnout nachlazen\u00ed, konzumujme masov\u00e9 v\u00fdvary a zeleninov\u00e9 pol\u00e9vky s lu\u0161t\u011bninami, dostatkem p\u00f3rku, cibule a ko\u0159en\u00ed. Ze zeleniny doporu\u010dujeme b\u00edl\u00e9 zel\u00ed, kedluben, mrkev, \u010desnek i kva\u0161enou zeleninu. Z ovoce jsou vhodn\u00e9 hrozny, hru\u0161ka, meru\u0148ky, jablka, datle. Z ko\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1s zah\u0159eje sko\u0159ice, an\u00fdz, fenykl, l\u00e9ko\u0159ice, z\u00e1zvor a mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch. I v bylin\u00e1ch hled\u00e1me pomocn\u00edky, jsou jimi jitrocel, mate\u0159\u00eddou\u0161ka, plicn\u00edk, kop\u0159iva, m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dek. Vhodn\u00e9 jsou v podob\u011b \u010daj\u016f. Sna\u017e\u00edme se zcela vynechat potraviny, kter\u00e9 vn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed do t\u011bla chlad a zahle\u0148uj\u00ed n\u00e1s, jako jsou ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a b\u00edl\u00e1 mouka.
