China's development is an opportunity for Australia, not a challenge

Recently, the Australia-China Business Council (ACBC) released a Report on the benefits of trade with China for Australian families.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian said the facts and figures presented in the report reflect the enormous benefits that trade with China has brought to the Australian people, highlight the mutually beneficial nature of the economic and trade relationship between China and Australia, and prove once again that China's development is an opportunity rather than a challenge for the Australian side. At present, China is further deepening its reforms and promoting Chinese-style modernization, which will bring further opportunities for China-Australia cooperation.
