Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told a news conference that Yerevan has offered Baku to sign a peace treaty on the basis of a draft with articles already agreed, while continuing negotiations on other issues. According to him, it is expected that after signing the peace treaty, diplomatic relations will be established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which will become another platform for discussing all possible issues. The draft peace treaty has 17 articles, 13 of which, including the preamble, have been fully endorsed.
