Traditional folk healing with natural products is increasingly popular in today's post-civilised world full of unhealthy foods that affect our health by increasing the number of diseases and weakening immunity, including cancer. We therefore present some interesting advice that may come in handy for some of you and, more importantly, help you at the right time. This excerpt is from the book The Unconventional Herbalist by Roman Kindl.
So here are some examples:
"Chicken eyes" are not from small shoes, they are also found in people wearing quality shoes or sandals or barefoot. They're from urinary tract problems.
Rhinitis is caused by the same problem, the urinary tract, it is not because the scarf is not worn. Varicose veins are not a "venous" problem. It is only the veins in certain places that demonstrate problems in other organs, most commonly the liver, kidneys and bladder. You can't get rid of varicose veins by removing them, and if you do, it's only for the short term. They'll come back. Other organs need to be treated, see above.
Small strokes and "strokes" are not a brain disease. It's a problem of fragile veins and the brain just "takes it away". Myocardial infarctions are not a disease of the heart, but of the veins. But the poor heart. The veins bursting and bruising is not from excess cholesterol. It's from a lack of it, and you can fix it by eating eggs, if you feel like it, or the skin of roast poultry, among other things, even though that sounds like the opposite of what white medicine tells us.
Psoriasis and other dermatoses are not skin diseases. It only manifests itself on the skin withpoisoning of a person and poor functioning of the purifying organs. It must be treated from within, and the smearing of ointments on the skin is only an adjunct, of importance perhaps only as a doubtful cosmetic. However, it also helps both at the bath gates.
Blood pressure high or low is not only caused by the heart and veins. The heart and veins are affected by the change in pressure, however.
You can't cure tonsillitis by pulling them out. It is necessary to normalize the function of the liver and pancreas, thereby normalizing the acidity or alkalinity of the mucous membranes, and the streptococcus or staphylococcus will not have a suitable environment for its existence and will disappear from the tonsils themselves. At the same time, kidney function should be stimulated. After antibiotics, the less resistant streptococcus will die, but the more resistant one will survive in some numbers, and if you have not treated the environment at the same time, it will re-cultivate to full numbers. It just resists antibiotics. If you do pinch his tonsils, then he'll just move to any other place in his body. And you have another problem. But it never hurts to limit, or better yet, stop the carbohydrates that feed the streptococcus, or golden staph and similar buggers.
Ankle swelling is not from foot exertion. They are from the kidneys, urinary tract, heart and veins. The influence of the heart is more marked in summer, that of the kidneys predominates in winter, but it is always necessary to treat both organs to make the feet swell. Brittle and splitting nails are not only from lack of minerals. They signal a disorder of the kidneys. The kidneys are also responsible for the condition of the hair. Unfortunately, repairing splitting nails takes a long time, also up to half a year. So it has happened to me that an eager patient has come to me saying, "You have been pouring your nasty teas into me for over four months, and nothing has improved. Then I gave up on you and it fixed itself in a month, you can't do anything!"
You can't get rid of hip pain with a total hip arthroplasty. You can get rid of it by treating the liver, gallbladder and bile ducts and dissolving gallbladder sludge, sand and stones. The condition of the urinary tract and bladder is also a very important matter; it is the latter that is very much involved in the condition of the hips, as is the gall bladder.
Healing the gallbladder does not mean cutting it off! If the endoprosthesis has already happened, don't be angry with the surgeon. He's just salvaging what his fellow internist messed up. Ulcerosis, otherwise ulcer disease, very often on the duodenum, is not from nerves, as medicine sometimes tries to tell us.
It is from poor liver function, and their partner gallbladder, especially in the spring. Whereas autumn ulcers are from equally poor pancreatic function. It is, of course, still possible that the pancreas and liver are so bad that they do not recognize the seasons and are continuously bad. (These cases are increasing almost quadratically.)
We don't treat duodenal ulcer disease with semolina porridge and milk diet, as the MD I went to prescribed. If any gruel, it's only oatmeal, and it's almost better if it's watery than with milk. But then only light meals, preferably vegetable, but best to try the diet in the sense of "I eat what makes me feel good." Semolina porridge is a hard despair from the one who ordered it (and it only means that he does not understand his profession,) and for the one who ate it. The pain can be dulled by a little pilsner. The teas are obvious, it will be the ones for the liver and gall bladder or for the pancreas, or both, which is usually better. It is advisable to supplement them with plantain, which helps to heal the mucous membrane, or possibly with burdock, or, if well tolerated, with chamomile.
Ulcer disease is also not caused by Helicobacter pylori, as some other doctors try to tell us. This bacterium is a normal part of our gastric microflora, where it is found in small quantities. If the liver or pancreas functions are impaired, or if the intake of carbohydrates is increased, then the acidity or alkalinity (acid-base reaction) of the mucous membranes will naturally change and the composition of the microflora will change. Helicobacter overgrows because a suitable environment is created for it, but at the same time it is unsuitable for the duodenal mucosa. Thus, the mucosa of the same is damaged, and the overgrown Helicobacter is only an accompanying phenomenon, but far from being the primary cause.
The treatment of ulcer diseases with vizmuth has been tried by veterinary medicine for about forty years, and in some countries piglets have been treated with vizmuth. Successfully, and it is known that even some physicians as recently as recently used this element in human treatment with the words: "It's an obsolete, outdated thing, but it works."
Tennis elbow is not from exertion, neither work nor sport. It just means the gut's not right. But exertion can make it worse, naturally. The inner elbow, that is, closer to the body, is affected by the small intestine and the duodenum (which is still the small intestine, but someone in England somewhere in an autopsy room once measured this part, which forms the transition between the stomach and the actual intestine, and measured an equal twelve inches; hence the name), and the outer elbow, that is, the one we always hit, is in charge of the small intestine, but also the large intestine. And to make it not so simple, then, know that if you own a "tennis ball" on your right elbow, then the liver and gallbladder, or the bile ducts in those who no longer have a gallbladder, are more involved. The left side is more influenced by the pancreas, so there may be a greater incidence in diabetics and stool disorders, or hemorrhoids.
Parodontosis is not caused by age, as my doctor told me, pointing to a would-be joke picture with the theme "There is no cure for age!" You will have noticed that even young people suffer from periodontal disease, so it's not just age. Similarly, tooth decay and the formation of "pus sacs", the gums, is caused by the quality of the function of the internal organs. These functions are gradually reduced and slowed down in older people, hence the superstition about age. However, many older people do not suffer from periodontal disease or other dental problems because their internal organs can function and "defy age", and conversely, younger organs can also be diseased or otherwise malfunctioning and there are problems with "younger teeth". So incisors can be spoiled by the kidneys and bladder, canines are caused by the liver and gallbladder, premolars are affected by the pancreas and stomach, molars are controlled by the lungs and colon, and wisdom teeth are in charge of the heart and small intestine.
Another superstition is that the liver can only be bad from alcohol. If I diagnose someone with a bad liver, I often hear "it must be a mistake, I don't drink" and the person(s) in question just demonstrates that they don't know that the liver is just the way our ancestors gave us it, unless we destroyed it ourselves with some poisons, or with the kind help of medicine. And yet we know drinkers with relatively healthy livers just like teetotallers with livers of superfoods.
An inguinal hernia is not only caused by physical exertion, many people strain themselves and only a small proportion of them have a hernia, but most of them loosen at the point where the meridian of the liver or kidneys runs. When I look at the few people I know who have inguinal hernia, I always find a greater or lesser disorder of the liver or kidneys, or of the pancreas or stomach. It's almost uncanny to me that I think these organs are to blame for too many things, but I know some who blame everything on the spine and get away with it too.
The pain in the knees is either from kneeling on peas or from something else: kidney, bladder, liver, gallbladder, pancreas or stomach. It is always safe to discern which particular organ it is from, and not, as my district handyman told me, from age. "But doctor," I was almost frightened, "I'm only thirty-five!" "So what, younger people have it too" she justified the age diagnosis. I capitulated before such a justification and then I could only ask one question: "How come my right knee hurts and my left doesn't and they are both the same age?" She looked at me as if I were something ugly for a moment, apparently searching for an adequate explanation, until she found one: "Don't be rude!" The pain passed when the knee was about two months older. It was from the liver.
Osteoarthritis is a general term for joint disorders, pain and deformities. The disorders can be on the joints of small and large bones as well as the spine. But this designation, nor current treatment, does not determine the cause, nor the method of elimination. Also problematic is the time of onset, which takes years, and the time of treatment, which takes even longer. Rather, it shows us what has been neglected, but the pain can be relieved by acting on specific organs. Generally, the kidneys are always involved, but depending on the individual joints, other organs come into play. In the case of joint pain in the thumb of the hand the lungs are involved, the index finger is the large intestine, the middle, ring and little fingers are the veins, heart and small intestine. The wrist joint on the little finger side is the small intestine, the lungs, and on the thumb side, nearer the back of the hand, the large intestine.
What are referred to as "carpal tunnels" are cardiovascular issues. The elbow, barring injuries, is a gut issue, as are the shoulders. In the legs, the relationship to the gallbladder and the urinary tract is derived from the hip joints. The knees belong mostly to the liver, stomach, pancreas, and gall bladder, besides the kidneys and bladder already mentioned. The outer ankles are the urinary tract and the inner ones the kidneys. The large joint under the thumb belongs to the pancreas. And the toes from the thumb to the little finger affect the pancreas, liver, stomach, gallbladder and bladder.
A lady came to my herbalist in the Butcher's shop, first looking around the shelves as if looking for something, and then asking: "Do you have anything for your joints? It hurts a lot, the doctor said it was arthritis and there was nothing to be done. So I go to herbalists and look for help wherever I can. I'm from Broumov. But here I am by chance," she added, seeing my astonishment. We discussed common remedies such as costival ointment and Gelatin ointment and then I asked which joints were actually involved. Shoulders and knees.
I remembered what I told you in the previous paragraph and asked about her stomach and intestines. "I'm not good at that," she admitted, "and I also suffer from constipation, sometimes, but I have for a long time and I've got used to it and it's something I can live with. But I'm here now because of my joints." I had a moment, so I explained to her the relationship between digestion and the organs that control it, and the joints of the knees and shoulders. Then she understood that she hadn't really come for the joints, but for the poor digestion she had learned to live with over the years, but that didn't solve the problem and her body would push her to a solution one day anyway. She took herbs for her liver and pancreas. The spine is a bit more complicated, each vertebra has connections to the different organs and their functions. I don't think a book by an herbalist should go into these details, and so for arthritis of the spine, and other problems with it, it is advisable to see a specialist.
