Xi Jinping (Xi Jinping), General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, State President and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, has issued important instructions on flood prevention and drought relief.
Xi Jinping pointed out that recently, floods and geological disasters continue to occur in many places in the South, causing loss of life and property. Drought is developing rapidly in some areas in the North, with obvious characteristics of floods in the South and drought in the North.
Xi Jinping demanded that every effort be made to respond to disasters, to do everything possible to search for and rescue missing and trapped people, to properly resettle affected people, to ensure normal production and living order, and to minimize disaster losses.
