Onions are excellent in salads and fried as a side dish, but many people do not miss them as a natural remedy that must not be missing in any household. What can I use onions for and how?
Cough
Peel the onion and cut in half, put a tablespoon of brown sugar on each part and cover for an hour, the onion will release its juice and a syrup will be formed. To get rid of cough, drink this syrup by spoonfuls at least twice a day. The sulphur in onions has antibacterial properties that kill the germs that cause cough.
The sulphur contained in onions also acts as a detoxifying agent that releases toxins from the body. Its anti-inflammatory properties reduce the pain and inflammation that occurs with coughing.
Fighting hair loss
Boil some water with onions and use this liquid to rinse your hair before using shampoo. This will help you fight hair loss. The antimicrobial properties will stop the formation of dandruff, while the antioxidants will not only prevent hair loss, but will promote the growth of thicker and stronger hair.
Release of thoracic congestion
