Peng Liyuan at a meeting with American youth in Beijing

Peng Liyuan, wife of Chinese President Xi Jinping, met with American students at a high school in Beijing on September 24. She took part in the China-US cultural and sports youth exchange, where she watched a friendly basketball match and presented medals. She expressed her hope that these meetings will promote friendship between the young people of the two countries. The American students shared their experiences of visiting China, which gave them a deeper understanding of Chinese culture.
