DUBAI, November 24. A shooting occurred near the Israeli embassy in the Jordanian capital Amman, Al Arabiya television reports.

Adjacent streets are blocked by security forces, the television station said. Emergency vehicles are being dispatched to the scene of the incident. Authorities have warned local residents to stay indoors and close all windows, the TV station said, citing Jordanian mass media.
