Children are constantly inundated with Wi-Fi signals, writing homework with their heads close to a tube lamp, playing with electronic toys, making phone calls... No wonder they are more distracted, more inattentive, more aggressive and much more sick.
In today's world flooded with data signals and other (EC) electrosmog, many health problems are on the rise. Infertility is on the rise, young children have allergies, eczema, severely compromised immunity and nervous systems thanks to Wi-Fi and electronic nannies.
By measuring the EC repeatedly over many years, I see the consequences. Higher loads and electromagnetic fields (EMF) values come mainly from household appliances. Measured values compared to the signal from outdoor transmitters tend to be 100 times worse from home Wi-Fi and even worse from cordless phone, baby monitors, energy saving tubes, fluorescent lights.
Let's learn the rules to reduce the impact of EMFs
Some families are already wisely avoiding very high voltage overhead wires and mobile phone transmitters when choosing their housing. Paradoxically, however, at home they are irradiated by their electrical appliances, light fixtures, and most of all by Wi-Fi networks and cell phones, even overnight!
If we turn off the Wi-Fi at least for the night and cancel the cordless phone, we'll get significant relief.
Three to five percent of people are more sensitive to the EC, they get sick from the Wi-Fi signal, they react with headaches, migraines. Other people are not as sensitive to EC, but higher levels of EMF damage every living organism without exception. There is a deterioration of the blood picture and consequently a number of destructive effects.
It is not advisable to stay near refrigeration equipment. Refrigerators and freezers should not be placed right behind a wall where people sleep or stay for long periods of time. EMF penetrates walls and ceilings easily.
Electric blankets and pads cause sleep disturbances, headaches, heart disturbances, fear and depression. It is also an increased danger to the mother and fetus.
Lighting lamps should be at least 1 m away from the sleeping area and the work table.

7 recommendations on how to protect yourself from harmful electrosmog
1. Do not place aquariums closer than 1 metre from the body and certainly not near children's beds. Even when the lights are switched off, the EC creates an air motor and the water surface will amplify it with its volume.
2. Very strong ES and EMP belong to portable cordless phones connected to a landline. Until you disconnect them completely, you are permanently burdened. I recommend getting rid of these cordless phones.
3. It is advisable to use a headset and keep the mobile phone away from your head as much as possible when talking on the phone. Manufacturers recommend holding the phone at least 2 cm from your ear, but try further away.
4. Children under 12 should make minimal, if any, phone calls. If you don't teach them to smoke and drink alcohol, don't teach them to make phone calls all the time. Calling damages the brain. Calls near TVs, electric lamps, under high voltage poles are especially harmful - interference occurs and the EMS signal is amplified.
5. Don't put your mobile phone on in your bedroom and certainly not in the children's rooms.
6. Do not get metal beds or metal headboards for yourself or your children. EMF from nearby outlets is induced into the metal frame and then occurs throughout the bed.
7. Very harmful are electric "baby monitors" which continuously emit 5 times stronger EMF than a mobile phone when talking.
Smartphones in particular are contacting their base every now and then, checking for updates, and there is almost constant data traffic.
We don't feel the EC, but its sharp impulses irritate our nervous system and interrupt necessary nighttime regeneration, including the production of the important melatonin. It also lowers our immunity.
It's very wise to turn off Wi-Fi and your mobile phone at least at night.
Repeatedly I see in many families what the values of the device show and parents confirm frequent morbidity, allergies and worse diseases depending on how strong the EC children have slept and lived since childhood.
If the baby is being watched by a "baby sitter" and is lying next to an electrical socket, has a lamp by the crib, there is a Wi-Fi signal in the apartment, the baby's sensitive organism is heavily burdened.
In addition, if the baby sleeps in the geopathic zone, bedwetting can still occur at 9 years of age. Geopathic zones cause a more conductive environment, thus amplifying the effect of EMFs on the baby's sensitive body. Therefore, I still recommend having the geopathic zones measured.
