JEREVAN, March 14. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has informed Russian President Vladimir Putin of the completion of talks on a peace treaty with Azerbaijan, the press service of the head of the Armenian government said after their phone call.
"The prime minister informed the Russian president that the draft treaty on the establishment of peace and inter-state relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan has been agreed and talks on the draft are over," the agency said, adding that the two leaders also discussed a number of issues on the regional and international agenda.
The Armenian Foreign Ministry said on 13 March that all 17 provisions of the treaty had been agreed with Azerbaijan and that Yerevan had invited Baku to look into where and when it would sign the treaty.
