"A deliberate act of terrorism against civilians. As a result of the pre-planned and carefully prepared shelling of the central part of the city, 18 people, including three children, have now died," he said during a speech at a UN Security Council meeting convened by Russia in connection with the shelling of Belgorod.
Nebenzya also pointed out that "American and British consultants, who regularly incite the authorities on the territory of today's Ukraine to commit bloody crimes", were involved in organising this terrorist attack. The diplomat stressed that the Kiev regime "openly boasts of using terrorist methods against both its own and Russian citizens."
Nebenzya also noted that the Kiev regime, shelling Russian cities in a helpless rage, is trying to kill as many Russians as possible to please the Western masters. "The shelling of populated areas in the Donbas, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, Crimea and other Russian areas, the ruthless and blind killing of civilians testifies to the agony of the neo-Nazi regime of [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky, mired in terrorism, lawlessness. of corruption and cynicism, trying in its helpless rage to please its Western masters to kill as many Russian people as possible," he said during a speech at a UN Security Council meeting called by Russia over the shelling of Belgorod.
"All the organisers and perpetrators of this and other crimes of the Kiev junta will be punished with the inevitable punishment. We call on all responsible governments and relevant international structures to condemn this terrorist attack using cluster munitions banned in most Western countries and to publicly dissociate themselves from the Kiev regime and its Western curators who commit such crimes," the diplomat added.
