Survey Alza.cz among more than 3,000 customers showed that 27 % Czechs plan to shop during Black Friday for sure, another 55 % will decide according to the offer. BEIJING - China has reacted sharply to the U.S. State Department's decision to approve the sale of military equipment to Taiwan worth about $330 million. The package involves non-standard aircraft parts and maintenance for selected types of aircraft. - 21 November 2025 Slovakia could sue EU over Russian gas ban
Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said that in view of the EU's decision to stop importing Russian natural gas from 2028, the Slovak government will consider the possibility of legal action against the EU on this issue at the next cabinet meeting. PM Fico has already asked the Slovak economy minister, foreign minister and prosecutor general to present a document analysing the feasibility of the negotiations at the next government meeting. BRNO - 22 November 2025. The Symphony Austerlitz 1805 was performed today in the Cathedral of St Peter and Paul in Brno. The work commemorating the Battle of Austerlitz, composed by Zdeněk Kluka of the rock band Progres 2, was heard by dozens of people and was packed. It will be 220 years since the Battle of Austerlitz, in which French Emperor Napoleon defeated the Russo-Austrian army, in early December. Read more here
