VALLETTA, April 4, 2024 (Xinhua) -- Malta's new President Myriam Spiteri Debono waves to the crowd as she leaves St. John's Cathedral in Valletta, Malta, April 4, 2024. Myriam Spiteri Debono was sworn in as Malta's 11th President on Thursday following a unanimous decision by Parliament.
