PRAGUE - Ivan Havel's widow Dagmar has sold her majority stake in Prague's Lucerna Palace. The building on Wenceslas Square has been a national cultural monument since 2017. The sister-in-law of former President Václav Havel sold Lucerna for less than CZK 1 billion to the financial company BTL, retaining a 25 percent stake. Havlová also announced that the money she received will be used primarily for repairs and reconstruction of the listed Lucerna complex. BTL's technical director Tomáš Drbal told Forbes.
