The European football cups - the Champions League, the Europa League and the Conference League - have reached the eight-final stage, with the top eight teams from the group stage taking part. One of them - Lazio Rome - was waiting for Viktoria Plzeň footballers.
CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
The UEFA Champions League 2024/25 kicks off on 17 September and ends on 31 May in Munich, where the best of the best will once again compete for the title of Europe's elite team. On the way to the finals, Germany and Spain will already have a smaller representation, with even a city derby taking place.

On their way to the Europa League final in Bilbao on 21 May, Real Sociedad and Manchester United will once again face off in the UEFA club competition, while AZ Alkmaar will face Tottenham for the second time this season in the league phase. José Mourinho's Fenerbahçe take on Rangers, while final host Athletic Club host AS Roma in the first leg.
