On Tuesday morning, the Chinese Chang'e-6 lander lifted off from the lunar surface carrying samples taken from the far side of the moon, an unprecedented feat in the history of human lunar exploration.
The ascent module has entered a pre-set orbit around the moon, the China National Space Administration (CNSA) said.
