BEIJING, Sept 26 - China's national news agency Xinhua on Thursday launched an exhibition of photographs documenting the country's historical transformation in recent decades.
The exhibition opened at the National Financial Information Center in Beijing just days before October 1, the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
Nearly 500 photographs from different historical periods are on display, selected from Xinhua's collection of over 10 million images, the largest photo archive in the country.
