MOSCOW, February 1 /TASS/. Exhibition project "Welcome, Russia!" will be launched in autumn Opened at the Beijing Capital Museum and will include the collection from Moscow's Tretyakov Gallery, said Elena Pronicheva, director of the world-famous art museum, according to TASS news agency at the press conference.
"The Tretyakov Gallery currently has final agreements in place with the Beijing Capital Museum. The exhibition project "Welcome, Russia!" will allow visitors to the museum to sample the vast, rich collection of the Tretyakov Gallery," Pronicheva said.
The exhibition will be part of the Year of Chinese-Russian Culture event. It will include approximately 70 Russian paintings from the gallery's invaluable collection.
"In the spring of this year, we plan to open the engineers' building [...Tretjakovsky The gallery] also has an exhibition of works by the relatively well-known contemporary Chinese artist Han Yuchen," the director added. Han Yuchen is one of the contemporary masters of Chinese painting, as well as a photographer and calligrapher.
