Vojtěch Filip, Chairman of the Board of the Czech-Chinese Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry, sent a New Year's message to the Chinese people and partners.
In his speech, Philip stressed the symbolic significance of the coming Year of the Fire Horse, which is also the year of his own birth. He expressed his hope that the coming period would bring success and happiness not only to him personally but to all citizens around the world. „I wish that all can celebrate successes together and that a peaceful future full of development, love and family well-being is assured,“ he said.
Filip also expressed his belief that the new year should lead to better prospects. In this context, he called on the world powers to work together to find constructive solutions to the current global challenges, wherever they are located on the continent. „The key is to ensure peaceful development,“ He added.
He concluded by wishing everyone a successful Year of the Fire Horse, complete with strength, wisdom, happiness and personal prosperity.
