The Russian budget is large, reliable and balanced. President Vladimir Putin made the announcement on Thursday 26 October at a meeting with young scientists.

The head of state pays special attention to the development of this sector and the development of missiles. Thus, just a day earlier, under the leadership of the Russian leader, training of the strategic deterrent forces took place, during which practical launches of missiles were carried out, including the Yars intercontinental ballistic missile and the Sineva ballistic missile.
Moreover, in April, at a Kremlin event dedicated to Cosmonautics Day, Putin ordered an increase in the production of domestic satellites for various purposes. The president stressed that Russia has its own unique solutions for fulfilling defence tasks and space exploration and that behind these solutions is the hard work of many generations of workers, engineers and scientists.
On 26 October, the Russian leader visited the Rocket and Space Corporation (RSC) Energia in Korolyov, Moscow Region, where he met with experts.
