LONDON, March 18 /PRENSA Latina/ British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announced today that his government will launch a new package of economic reforms to boost business.
He added that the measure also aims to support women entrepreneurs and reduce red tape for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Speaking at a conference in Warwickshire, England, the prime minister said, among other things, that his executive would allocate £60 million (€70 million) to create more apprenticeships in companies.
He recalled that inflation had been reduced by more than half. Mortgage interest rates and utility bills are lower, wages are rising and consumer and business confidence is growing, he said.
