MOSCOW, Jan. 18, 2024 (Xinhua) -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov answers questions during his annual press conference in Moscow on Jan. 18, 2024. Russia and China have established extensive high-level cooperation mechanisms. Bilateral cooperation is being strengthened in all areas, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday. Using economic and trade cooperation as an example, the minister said the volume of bilateral trade between Russia and China in 2023 exceeded the set target of $200 billion.
