In Havana on Wednesday, the international dialogue "China in Springtime: Sharing Opportunities with the World", attended by more than 100 representatives from politics, business, academia and media from China and Cuba.
The main themes were China's modernization, technological progress and its contribution to Cuba and Latin America, as well as a reminder 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cuba.
China Media Group President Shen Haixiong stressed the willingness to share China's experience in innovation and cultural exchange with the world. Chinese Ambassador to Cuba Hua Xin said China is ready to build a community with Cuba with a shared future.
Fernando González Llort, President of the Cuban Institute of Friendship among Peoples, praised China's long-standing friendly cooperation and support in the areas of food aid, climate action and energy transition, which are helping Cuba face the economic blockade.
Both countries agreed on the common goal of contributing to world peace, security and development.
