A gala will be held at 8pm on Thursday to mark the 25th anniversary of Macau's return to Chinese administration. The broadcast will be broadcast live on several TV channels and radio frequencies of China Media Group (CMG) as well as on their new media platforms.
Representatives from various professions and walks of life in the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) will be the main actors and performers at this celebration.
With the theme of "Celebrating Together and Creating a Better Future", the gala will be divided into three parts: 'Macau Welcomes You', 'Cruising the Great Bay Area' and 'China's Most Beautiful Heart'. The programme will celebrate the positive relations between the people of Macau and mainland China over the past 25 years and the successful practice of the "one country, two systems" principle.
The Gala was jointly organized by the Macau Government Cultural Office and the CMG Center for Arts Programs. This gala event promises to commemorate key moments in Macau's history and celebrate its future direction as part of China.
