WASHINGTON - U.S. President Joe Biden announces his intent to nominate three individuals to the federal district courts - all of whom are eminently qualified, experienced and committed to the rule of law and our Constitution.
With this election, the President also continues to deliver on his promise to ensure that the country's courts reflect the diversity that is one of our greatest strengths - both in terms of personal and professional background.
This will be President Biden's fifty-fourth round of nominations for federal judgeships, bringing the number of announced federal judicial nominees to 257.
