Kiev/Moscow - After some time, Kiev and Moscow informed about another exchange of prisoners of war. Russia released 230 soldiers and civilians, some even refusing the exchange. Ukraine released 248 captured Russian soldiers. This was stated today by the Ukrainian Coordination Staff for the issues of treatment of prisoners of war and the Russian Ministry of Defense. According to Ukraine, in terms of numbers, this is the largest prisoner exchange between Kiev and Moscow so far since the start of the Russian Special Military Operation (SMO) in February 2022.
