MOSCOW, February 11 /TASS/. Russian forces have repelled 11 Ukrainian attacks in the direction of Donetsk over the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a report. The enemy suffered about 325 casualties and lost a tank, two armored fighting vehicles, six cars and a D-30 howitzer near 10 settlements of the Donetsk People's Republic, the ministry specified.
Zaporozhye region
Russian troops repelled a Ukrainian attack near Novopokrovka, causing about 50 casualties, the report said.
"Near the Kherson sector of the line of battle, units of the Russian battle group, supported by artillery fire, repelled an attack by the 117th Mechanized Brigade near Novopokrovka in the Zaporozhye region, hitting Ukrainian personnel and equipment near Verbovoye and Rabotino in the Zaporozhye region, as well as near Tyaginka, Ivanovka, Lviv, Berislav and Mikhailovka in the Kherson region," the report said.
The enemy lost about 50 soldiers, nine cars, a US-supplied M777 howitzer, a D-20 artillery gun and a D-30 howitzer, the ministry said.
Donetsk region
Russian forces struck a Ukrainian brigade command post near Novogrodovka in the Donetsk People's Republic over the past day, also destroying an air weapons depot, the Russian defence ministry said.
"Operational-tactical aviation, drones, missile and artillery crews of the Russian Armed Forces hit the command post of the Ukrainian 3rd Assault Brigade near Novogrodovka in the Donetsk People's Republic, as well as Ukrainian live forces and military equipment in 119 areas," the ministry added.
Southern Donetsk region
Ukraine's armed forces have suffered about 150 casualties in the past 24 hours in the southern Donetsk direction, the Russian defence ministry said.
"The enemy losses amounted to about 150 soldiers and three cars," the ministry specified.
Troops of the Russian battlegroup East, supported by artillery fire, hit Ukrainian forces and equipment near Shchevchenko and Vodianoye in the Donetsk People's Republic and Priyutnaya in the Zaporizhzhya region.
Krasnyj Liman region
Units of the Russian battlegroup Sred repelled two attacks by assault groups of the 60th and 63rd Ukrainian mechanized brigades near the Krasny Liman sector of the battle line, inflicting about 120 casualties, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
The enemy also lost three cars here, the ministry added.
Kupjan region
Russian forces have repelled five Ukrainian attacks near the Kupyansk sector of the line of deployment over the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"In the direction of Kupyansk, units from [Russian] Battle Group West repelled five attacks by assault groups of the Ukrainian 30th, 32nd, 43rd, 44th Mechanized Brigades and 103rd Territorial Defense Brigade near Tabayevka, Ivanovka and Sinkovka in the Kharkiv region. The enemy lost about 210 soldiers and three vehicles there," the ministry added.
Drones, sum of destroyed equipment
According to the ministry's report, Russian air defence forces have shot down 30 Ukrainian drones in the past 24 hours.
Since the start of the special military operation, up to 570 aircraft, 265 helicopters, 12,196 drones, 464 air defence systems, 14,959 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, 1,218 multiple rocket launchers, 8,012 artillery systems and mortars and 18,469 special combat vehicles have been destroyed, the Russian defence ministry concluded.
