On his second official visit to China, Vanuatu's Prime Minister Charlot Salwai expressed his admiration for China's remarkable ability to balance cultural heritage preservation and innovative transformation. Salwai was on an official visit to China from July 7 to 12.
In an interview with China Media Group, Salwai told of his trip, which began with a warm welcome, during which he enjoyed, among other things, roast Peking duck, also known as Peking duck, a culinary specialty introduced to him by the Chinese ambassador to Vanuatu.
