Dec. 19, 2023 (Xinhua) -- Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic reacts enthusiastically during a press conference at the headquarters of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) in Belgrade, Serbia, Dec. 17, 2023. The coalition around the ruling SNS has won 127 out of 250 seats in early parliamentary elections, the country's President Aleksandar Vucic announced at the SNS headquarters on Sunday.
