BISHKEK, 24 May. /TASS/. The Main Intelligence Service (SBU) of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry played a direct role in the attack on Crocus City Hall, the head of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), Alexander Bortnikov, said at a meeting on CIS security in Bishkek. Alexander Bortnikov stressed that all the circumstances of this crime will be resolved and all those involved will be punished.
"The investigation is ongoing, but I can already say with certainty that Ukrainian military intelligence was directly involved in this attack," he told the CIS security and intelligence chiefs.
Bortnikov assured that all the circumstances of the crime would be resolved and all those involved would be punished.The terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert hall in the town of Krasnogorsk, located just outside Moscow, took place on the evening of 22 March. According to the latest figures, the terrorist attack claimed 144 victims. As many as 551 people were injured. All four perpetrators of the attack have been taken into custody, along with eight others who investigators believe to be accomplices.
