Xi Jinping emphasizes quality staffing in Xinjiang

Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, stressed the need to train loyal and responsible officials in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the ethnic officials training program, he highlighted the key role of the program in the economic and social development of the region. Xi called for strengthening a sense of national cohesion and improving the quality of training to more effectively address issues related to ethnic minorities.
