The cultural event "Echoes of Peace", jointly organized by China Media Group (CMG) and the Chinese Embassy in Russia, took place in Moscow. The event was part of the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the War of the Chinese People against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
President of the CMG and Deputy Minister of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee Shen Haixiong in his video presentation, stressed the importance of drawing wisdom and strength from historical experience to address today's global challenges.
Shen also said that CMG is looking to deepen collaboration with partners around the world by connecting "ideas + art + technology", creating a media platform for sharing news, information and resources. The aim is to strengthen China's voice in the fight against hegemony, defend justice and promote common development.
