Freedom or torment? It's all in our heads!
It all starts with a thought and an idea. Thoughts and ideas are driven by emotions. If we had no needs, there would be no reason to fulfill them. It is how we think about our needs, what emotions we attach to our thoughts, what drive we give to them, those are the situations that happen to us and those are the desires we fulfill.

Depending on what kind of thoughts you keep in your head, what you pay attention to, you create it over and over again with the help of emotions. There is a way out of the vicious circle, but it takes effort to start observing your thoughts and emotions. Only what you become aware of can you change. So don't get carried away with thoughts that only consume your energy and start naming them and becoming aware of them. In that moment you will gain the space to gradually master them. If we allow ourselves to be consumed by emotion and thought without proper distance, there is no room left for conscious thought work and for creating our own scenario.
The way to do this is to calm down, quiet down, and work daily on becoming aware of your experience. That is, to move away from the constant „chatter“ of the mind and begin to concentrate on the experience of the here and now and to work on emptying the mind.
Torment, worry and depression will lose their power!
Once you understand the workings of your mind, you begin to gain perspective, thoughts gradually cease to control your life uncontrollably and you begin to detach yourself from the torment that thoughts bring with them. Worries and anxieties are nothing but thoughts in your head to which you unconsciously give the most precious thing you have - your attention.
From changing mindsets, to emotions, to behavior change, to success.
The basic prerequisite for success is to realize that everything that happens in your life is your own result, the result of your mind-set. Therefore, the easiest way to fix anything is to be happy with what is and start working on incremental improvement. The frame of mind that prevails in you is the determinant of the future, because you will not create contentment out of dissatisfaction. It is of utmost importance to keep the frame of mind in the present - here and now. That is the only way contentment is created. The mind is like a magnet that can summon a thought, but it can also send it out. The kind of thought you keep in your mind attracts thoughts of the same kind.
