BEIJING, Sept 26 - China's national news agency Xinhua on Thursday launched an exhibition of photographs documenting the country's historical transformation in recent decades.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition opened at the National Financial Information Center in Beijing just days before October 1, the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nearly 500 photographs from different historical periods are on display, selected from Xinhua's collection of over 10 million images, the largest photo archive in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
