The $175 billion project is expected to be operational within three years and poses a serious threat to global security, according to the DPRK.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a published memorandum, the DPRK described the US plan as <strong>\"a very dangerous and threatening initiative\"<\/strong>which is said to be paving the way for <strong>nuclear conflict in space<\/strong>. The North Korean regime claims that the United States is strengthening its <strong>militaristic hegemony<\/strong> and want to draw allied forces into future offensive operations under American command.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pyongyang has described the plan as <strong>\"a product of the America First doctrine\"<\/strong>based on arrogance and arbitrariness.
