The reason, he says, is the emphasis on basic sciences and strong support for technological innovation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okounkov praised Chinese <strong>progressive policies<\/strong>that create a favourable environment for young scientists and science enthusiasts.
