On Friday, 23 August 2024, the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, received the credentials of the new ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary at Prague Castle:
- H.E. Mr. Víctor Aquiles Abujatum Sepúlveda, the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Chile based in Prague;
- H.E. Mr. Carlos Manuel Folhadela de Macedo Oliveira, the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Portuguese Republic based in Prague;
- H.E. Mr. Hayder Shiya Ghubeshi Albarrak, the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Iraq based in Prague;
- H.E. Mr. Ales Balut, the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Slovenia based in Prague.
