The basic principle of life, of the universe, is very simple: mind organizes matter

The old Greek term "psychosomatics" has recently been incorporated into official scientific medicine and the insurance health system without dramatic circumstances (unlike, for example, homeopathy or traditional, non-toxic medicine). However, here it seems to have stagnated and is happy to be happy. If he were to really assert his deep philosophical essence, he would have to heavily muddy the murky waters of the dogmatic chemical-technical conception of disease and its treatment.

The basic principle of life, of the universe, sounds very simple: THE MIND ORGANIZES MATTER. So also our physical bodies. But such a rebellious idea cannot fit into the material religion of evidence-based medicine. And so the medical elites and professional societies take psychosomatics at its mercy as a fairly innocuous and, in some milder cases, workable medical discipline. After all, you can often hear them in their own professional practices wisely shaking their heads and saying, "It's of psychological origin", "It's all about the head", "Stress will be behind your troubles", "Clear your head...", etc. But with this they are basically showing off their best and covering up diagnostic and therapeutic embarrassment. And so, so far, unfortunately, in the vast majority of cases, they send the difficult patient to psychiatry (not to a psychosomatic therapist), where the patient is almost always given a prescription for psychopharmaceuticals which, on principle, will NEVER contribute to recovery, let alone understanding of the illness.

So how does the mind organize the matter of our bodies? Their cells, tissues, organs and systems? One of the basic mechanisms is the formation of neuropeptides in the neurons of the brain. Any idea, emotion, thought or feeling automatically triggers the synthesis of a unique chain of amino acid molecules. These then travel through the blood plasma to the target cells. And - there they "unlock" a specific biochemical reaction. If this is repeated frequently and for a long time, a pathological symptom is generated and then a so-called disease. I feel it's high time to move into common parlance, sorry...

Let us learn to live the truth so that our flesh does not have to show it for us!

Perhaps at this point it is best to give an example (from life, as they say): I'm angry, but I don't want it to be known too much, I'm bothered by a certain situation, this or that, this or that, I have a fixed opinion about something, which I'm definitely not going to change because of those jerks, I disagree with them, but I keep calm, and even though I'm perpetually pissed off, I don't reduce myself to primitive emotions..., and so repeatedly my brain produces special anger molecules that arrange themselves into a perfect key. It fits into the liver cells that are responsible for synthesizing bile. This will thicken unhealthily under the constant repetitive signal (as I too am dense in my own way) and in time my gallbladder will be full of greenish-yellow sludge, and as I stubbornly do not change my attitude, I will slowly produce gallstones. These will complicate the passage of bile into the duodenum, where the large molecules of animal fats need to be emulsified so that they can be absorbed into the blood in the small intestine and my body can use them in a meaningful way, e.g. to protect and nourish the nervous system. And so it will happen that after a fatty meal, the complex clusters of lipid molecules will pass through to the large intestine where they will get in the way and go rancid! One of the products of this process will be methane. This will bloat the hell out of me and drive me to the toilet frequently. I'll be bloated and pissed off. And so my bowels kindly mirror my state of mind. (I smile.) Plus, gallbladder colic can set in after inappropriate eating and shifting of stones by bile pressure and I finally get angry. Thus the psycho-somatic laws may work in such ways. The body is always true - unlike us. If we voluntarily learn to live the truth, then the body need not show it for us. THAT is psychosomatics. No magic. It's clear as day. Act natural. He wants nothing more on us at this basic level. Don't want enlightenment right away (giggle). THAT will only come if you don't think about it at all and are just kind and playful, simple and immediate.

Every single thought has, as I said, a unique material reflection and action. On the surface of cells we have so-called receptors. These are different and also specific according to their type and function. They are the locks for those brain germs. And they then make unlocks, unlocks... that's how disease arises and that's how the mind organizes matter. E.g. in the kidneys we have receptors for fears, but also e.g. relational insecurities, etc... millions of possibilities and difficulties, lots of diagnoses. But diseases don't exist. We only create unpleasant physical psychological states, which can pass away if we understand this and control our mind... and this should be explained to us by a doctor or a non-medical person who knows psychosomatic science.

Every thought has a unique material reflection and action.

There are other more subtle ways in which our consciousness affects the body. For example, by elemental energies or prana or qi, i.e. vital energy, flowing or ev. stagnating in the energy pathways (meridians). Traditional Chinese medicine, which the president of the Czech Medical Chamber has authoritatively declared to be quackery, can be of great diagnostic and therapeutic help here. But we won't get unnecessarily upset, will we. And we won't create those annoying molecular chips... We will rise up and create positive visions and thoughts, we will laugh, even at ourselves, we won't be serious, we will be open to the game of life and enjoy the perspective. This is how we will make our healing molecules. Of course, the mind organizes matter (bodies) in this way too, in a HEALING way!

It works outwards too. And so we can have a toxic, destructive and chaotic effect on our environment. But also - harmoniously and in harmony - or - in faith!!! And know that our basic duty on this Earth is to PLAY! And thus fulfill the principle of life - eternal innovation, imagination, play... If you realise this and accept it, you will be immensely relieved, and moreover, it will elevate you from your strong opinions to a smiling perspective.
