BRUSSELS - At a press conference last Friday, 13 September at 11:00, the agenda for the next session of the European Parliament was presented. The press conference was chaired by Anna Politkovskaya from the European Parliament Press Centre in Brussels.
Debate with Prime Minister Viktor Orbán on the programme of Hungary's six-month EU presidency;
Speech by Mario Draghi on the competitiveness report, followed by a debate;
War against Ukraine: debate and vote on the resolution;
Debate on the war in the Gaza Strip and the situation in the Middle East;
Hungarian residence permits: debate with the Commission and the Council;
Debate on the Council's position on next year's EU budget;
Situation in Venezuela: debate and vote on the resolution.
