A cultural event titled "Echoes of Peace" was held in Moscow, co-organized by the China Media Group (CMG) and the Chinese Embassy in Russia. The event was part of the commemorations marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the War of the Chinese People Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.

The President of CMG and Deputy Director of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Shen Haixiong, emphasized in his video address the importance of drawing wisdom and strength from historical experience to address current global challenges.

Shen also stated that CMG aims to deepen cooperation with partners around the world by connecting "ideas + art + technology" to create a media platform for sharing news, information, and resources. The goal is to strengthen China's voice in opposing hegemony, defending justice, and promoting common development.
