Both companies won the tender process within the insolvency proceedings, which have been ongoing since June of last year. Due to an inability to fulfill obligations, including repaying bonds, the traditional brands were at risk of disappearing. The creditors' committee has already approved the sale, with full settlement expected in the third quarter of this year. The company in Bílin employs 22 workers on two shifts, while another six work in Mariánské Lázně.
