Milan Krajča, vice-chairman of the Communist Party of China and vice-president of the World Peace Council, assesses the publication of the 15th Five-Year Plan of the People's Republic of China as a significant step. He said that his party had analysed the document in detail and the speeches of the Chinese leadership in order to understand the direction of the Chinese economy, science and technology in the coming years.
Krajča stressed that the plan puts a high quality development at the forefront, which includes support for scientific and technological innovation and the transition to a green, environmentally sustainable economy. He also praised the Chinese emphasis on deepening international economic cooperation, which the KSČM considers an opportunity for mutually beneficial relations between the Czech Republic and China.
The Vice-Chairman of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia expressed his conviction that, despite possible obstacles, mutual economic ties would be strengthened in the coming period. He believed that the years 2026 and the entire medium-term period would bring further strengthening of Czech-Chinese cooperation.
