According to Jan Campbell, Chairman of the Academic Council of the Institute for Czech Left, the Chinese model of state governance represents a modern system that, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, connects the expertise of officials and advisors. Its goals are rapid economic growth, social stability, and national security.

Campbell highlighted the model's successes in six areas: the transition from speed to quality, from catching up to taking the lead, expanding social security, improving the environment, building a rule of law, and strengthening the fight against corruption. He also emphasized that the proven results and international recognition allow China to offer global solutions – and that China fulfills its promises, and these are not empty statements.
