The (Half) Night Hammer of the United States struck in Iran and definitively closed an era of faith in international law, conventions and the functioning of international organizations co-founded by the United States, including the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Last but not least, the (Half) Night Hammer confirmed the importance of proper timing, not just of an underground strike. By this I also mean shortening the NATO summit to one day and unconditionally agreeing to five percent of GDP for defense, as it would not have been explained and interpreted to the voters of NATO member states.
Facts
Throughout its membership of the IAEA, Iran has denied the military component of its nuclear project. IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi said on 18 June that Agency inspectors have not seen and have no concrete evidence that Iran is pursuing a nuclear weapons programme.
The U.S. intelligence community, contrary to statements by President Donald Trump and Israel, believed that Iran has not sought to develop nuclear weapons, CNN reported.
Former British ambassador to Uzbekistan Craig Murray told RIA Novosti that Iran has shown incredible patience and peacefulness over the last few years, despite Israel's actions.
I recall that the former British ambassador, now Scottish author and human rights activist became a target of criticism during his time in Uzbekistan after publishing reports of torture and human rights violations. His criticism led to his removal and subsequent dismissal from the diplomatic service.
Iran responds to Israeli actions with rocket salvos and launches of attack drones, claiming it is attacking military targets. On both sides, the number of hits on residential buildings and the number of civilian casualties are increasing.
Yet no one in the West says or writes a word about Iran's natural, energy and educated human resources, which are ultimately at stake.
The (half) night hammer has split the American political elite
In a country that is in one of the phases of a new form of civil war, there are voices calling for President Trump to be stripped of his powers. He addressed the American people after the strikes of the (Half) Night Hammer, in a speech calling the attack a impressive military success, announcing a time of peace when Iran comes to the table with a white flag.
Trump's optimism, however, was not appreciated by all US officials and partisans. In particular, Democratic Senator Chris Murphy denied Trump's claims about Iran's proximity to developing nuclear weapons. He called on Congress to strip the president of his powers.
The significance of the (Half) Night Hammer for Europe and the Czech Republic
As we can see, President Trump, who does not control the Pentagon, the Fed or the EC in Brussels, is trying to implement the so-called escalation strategy for de-escalation. He has sharply upped the stakes in trade negotiations with EC officials, attacked Iran's IAEA-controlled civilian nuclear facilities and made further threats. He threatens because, as of the hour of the post (2pm on Sunday, June 22), he is not sure that what he has stated is fact and fact: The total destruction of Iranian facilities at three sites.
According to the information and satellite images that are now emerging, the nuclear facilities were not totally destroyed or too seriously damaged. That is why President Trump fears a reaction in the form of an Iranian strike on US bases in the Middle East. The bases in question are quite difficult to defend because of the depletion of the stockpile of air defence missiles. For this reason, he is calling on the Islamic Republic of Iran not to retaliate. And it has put Ukraine on the edge of a precipice. If the thesis of the author of the post is true, it means that Iranian facilities could not be destroyed and the effectiveness of the most powerful American weapons is limited.
Even after the use of six large-calibre bombs, of which the Pentagon had a total of 20, I do not rule out that President Trump could theoretically repeat such strikes, say twice more, and that's it. The stockpile of these aerial bombs simply won't be there. That's why the Trump administration is trying to lower the stakes, saying it's ready to negotiate and hoping that the (Half) Night Hammer will strengthen the United States' negotiating position with Iran. In any case, the EU will not play third fiddle in any negotiations with Iran. This is evidenced by the delayed announcement of the (Half) Night Hammer strike to Chancellor Merz and no announcement to Mrs. Kaya (Kallas) or to the Czech Peters and Pavls.
The significance of the (Half) Night Hammer for the pre-election CR
I don't know whether MEP Vondra and his supporters actually sent a telegram of gratitude to President Trump - as he proclaimed at his friend Moravec's place, for the blow of the (Half) Night Hammer. For the blow did not disturb their peaceful sleep and allowed them to wake up to a new world of peace. I know, however, that after the blow of the (Half) Night Hammer in the Czech basin there may be a lull in the election campaigns of Czech political parties. Why?
Because this will be the calm before the storm. It draws nearer every day and with every scandal, however big or small, such as bitcoin, or the allegations of involvement in a criminal organisation, active and passive bribery and money laundering that have been made against Stacy Cummings, Director General of the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA).
When the time comes for an inventory in the Czech basin by American investigators, the time of peace will come to it as well. No one dares to criticize the allies either out of fear or admiration or in typical Czech wait-and-see fashion. After that, perhaps everyone with sense will understand that whoever is not elected and does not become prime minister will be calmly arranged and dealt with by President Trump, his deputy or successor. If President Trump has the time and inclination, he will sort it out in a break on the golf course, or with the help of drones that bring instructions for action right to his desk. Or, in the event of an unexpected emergency, a brief visit to the White House, with an opening question like: What was it like at Langley Andrew?
In this sense, the Czech basin will finally become Western without the need to be questioned by Washington or to report there itself or to take orders from the unelected, unarmed Brussels.
Conclusion
Strategy of the United States will not work for many objective reasons. In context, it will certainly not strengthen the United States' negotiating position with Iran. Because there are facilities in Iran that have not been destroyed, it points to the aforementioned ineffectiveness of the most powerful American weapons. The question arises: what else can America threaten Iran with other than the atomic bomb?
President Trump with the (Half) Night Hammer has painted himself and the United States into a corner. In it, he will not have the courage to start a war with the nuclear weapons of the supporters of Iran, Pakistan and the DPRK. Therefore, MEP Vondra & Co. can sleep soundly so that they can wake up in a truly new world after the summer lesson of the peacemaker President Trump. A world in which the United States will continue to open new war fronts, Russia will increase its foreign policy activity and the UN will lose support completely. Time will tell what will happen with Iran. What is certain, however, is that the world order to which MEPs, MEPs and politicians have become accustomed is becoming a thing of the past and the future is being shaped in real time, regardless of the sleep and dreams of politicians in CT. Consent is not needed. 22.06.2025
