CARACAS - Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro was sworn in today for another term in office, foreign news agencies report. But the opposition claims its candidate Edmundo González Urrutia won and has described the swearing-in as a coup, AFP reported. The European Union, Britain and the United States have announced sanctions on other Venezuelan officials.
