Conviction evidence: The accounts with Florida Power & Light and Boca Water for unit #406 are in the names of Rustem & Leylya Umerov. The mailbox company can falsify a bill of sale, but not the person who pays for the electricity.

Why the 22 July law closes the escape route
Under the old rules, NABU could subpoena Florida real estate agents, trace each transfer, and present the file to the court. But the new law shifts everything to a single political node - the attorney general. One remark about "national security" and the subpoena ends up in the dark - just the firewall the mailbox network needs once the first journalist notices the smoke.

In the meantime, the US Treasury must also ask this office for any assistance. The watchdog got a presidential collar.

What it is, in one breath:
Twelve years after the Maidan, Ukrainians face a harsh equation: soldiers at the front are given a Chinese ballistic vest, while the family of the defence minister is offered a newly renovated apartment overlooking the ocean for $1.77 million - cash only.
The only Ukrainian authorities who could still trace the wire transfers have just lost the ability to issue subpoenas; the only US supervisors must now ask the same authorities for help.
So this text is not a file - it is a starting shot. Every land registry extract, every transfer, every box is a breadcrumb trail that can be followed by any determined watchdog, MP or grand jury.
The question is who will make the first move - and whether it will be before the double-headed eagle takes off again.
