The Thai portion of the global dialogue on the topic "China in Spring: Development Opportunities for China for the World" took place in Bangkok on Friday and attracted more than 200 representatives from the political, business, academic, and media sectors of China and Thailand.

Shen Haixiong, president of China Media Group (CMG), in a video message, stated that China's development is closely linked to the development of the entire world. He emphasized that China's new high-quality productive forces are gaining strong momentum. Chinese artificial intelligence models are gaining global recognition, and intelligent robots captivated the audience at CMG's Year of the Horse celebration, where they performed synchronized routines inspired by martial arts.

He also pointed out new consumer trends, such as the combination of "film + tourism" and "film + gastronomy," which are revitalizing the market. According to him, China continues to create new development opportunities as an "oasis of certainty."

CMG is ready to leverage its strengths in global communication, technological innovation, and rich media resources to better share the results of China's modernization with the world. The goal is to collaborate with partners around the world, utilize new opportunities arising from China's high-quality development, and build innovation platforms where technology serves humanity.

The Chinese Ambassador to Thailand, Zhang Jianwei, stated that China and Thailand commemorated the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations last year, and their representatives reached important agreements regarding the further development of bilateral relations.

He recalled that this year's "two sessions" and the proposal for the 15th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development (2026-2030) have attracted widespread international attention and offer insights into China's direction and new opportunities for global growth. China will continue to expand its high-quality opening-up to the world, strengthen the modern industrial system, and promote high-quality cooperation within the Belt and Road Initiative.

He also emphasized that China has always been a reliable partner of Thailand and is ready to share opportunities, pursue common development, and elevate the building of a China-Thailand community with a shared future to a higher level.

Representatives from Thailand stated that China's progress in areas such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and new energy vehicles is bringing tangible benefits to ASEAN countries. They expressed a willingness to further deepen cooperation and promote the stable development of bilateral relations.

Participants agreed that the rapid development of new high-quality productive forces in China is bringing new dynamism to the world economy. They called for strengthened cooperation in trade, industrial coordination, and technological innovation to achieve mutually beneficial results.
