CHAIYANG, Shandong, Oct 11 China on Saturday launched a Gravity-1 carrier rocket into space from waters off the coast of Haiyang in east China's Shandong province
The rocket blasted off at 10:20 a.m. (Beijing time) and carried three satellites into their designated orbits. The mission at sea was carried out by the satellite launch centre in Taiyuan. One wide-field satellite and two experimental satellites were on board the launch vehicle. The Gravity-1 launch vehicle made its very first flight in January 2024.
