Vladimir Putin highlighted the strong development of the Russia-China Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for a New Era over the past year, highlighting key cooperation projects, visa-free travel and cultural exchanges.
Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said his country is ready to continue expanding cooperation with China and to build a Brazil-China community with a shared future for a fairer world and a sustainable planet.
